How to convert different video formats by use uSeesoft Total Video Converter ?

This guide mainly shows you how to convert different video formats like AVI, MP4, WMV, MOV, MPG, 3GP, FLV, etc. by using uSeesoft Total Video Converter. This converter is professional to convert and easy to use. Let’s learn step by step.

Step 1:Install and Run uSeesoft Total Video Converter

Step 2:Import Video
Click“Add” button to import a video to the converter.
Two ways to add video: First you can click “Add” button to select and add a video. Second, you can drag the video to the converter directly. Both of the two ways can make the converter work. Let’s take a FLV video for example and convert it to MP4 format.

Step 3:Set Output Profile and Output Folder
This converter has video formats and audio formats to be selected as output profile. Besides, people can use this converter to convert video to portable players, including iPod, iPhone, Sony PSP, Sony PS3, Mobile Phone, etc. It can convert many formats, such as converting AVI to MPEG, WMV to AVI, WMV to MPEG, MKV to AVI, MKV to MP4, FLV to 3GP, MOV to FLV, etc.

Step 4:Start Converting
Click “Start” button to start converting from one format to another. The conversion speed is very fast and will be finished in a short while. When converting, you can pause, abort or resume at any time

1. Crop Function
If you want to adjust the video size or cut off its black edges, you can use Crop Function. First, you can see the hidden line around the video image and you can drag it to cut off black edges or adjust different video size that you need. Second, by clicking〝Crop〞button, you can easily set “Zoom” “Left” “Top” “Width” and “Height” of the image. After setting, the video size will automatically change according to your setting

2. Trim Function
If you have a video which is too long and you just need one part of it, you can use Trim Function to trim or clip time before conversion. First, you can drag the trim bar by clicking the small flag symbol to choose one part of the time to convert. Second, you can directly click〝Trim〞button and type exact time values in the Start Time field and End Time field and then click “Set “ for affirmation, and then the converter can convert the part that you trim.

3. Effect
If you want to make some adjustment about basic video effect, you can click “Effect” button which is belong to “Edit” option.
Besides, you can also click “Settings” to set parameters of video and audio like follows.
