Getting started with uSeesoft Free YouTube Downloader

A: Now uSeesoft Free YouTube Downloader can only support HTTP downloading but can not support FTP downloading, therefore error will come when you importing FTP URL. We will go on perfecting the function of supporting FTP downloading on future new versions.
Q：YouTube can be visited but videos can not be downloaded. Why?
A: Before downloading videos by using uSeesoft Free YouTube Downloader, you'd better make sure that your computer is installed with IE browser and YouTube Video can be played by IE. If your IE can not play videos, please try to do as follows:
(1) Install the latest Flash Player plug-in unit(2) Update IE to IE7.0 or advanced version
(3) Download Windows SP3 upgrade
Q：Problem of the Player?
A: When playing a file, you can't move the slider too fast．If that, the slider will rebound, it's the reason of technique now, we will complete that function as soon as possible, please be patient!
Q：Pause function can not work. Why?
A: uSeesoft Free YouTube Downloader is mainly designed to download YouTube videos, while URLs of YouTube Videos change quickly which can not support resume. Therefore it's not suggested downloading be paused at the process of downloading YouTube videos.
