If you can not receive the confirmation e-mail within 30 minutes after your successful payment, please contact us by e-mail: support@useesoft.com Maybe it is because of delay of network or system glitches, or the e-mail may be tagged as a SPAM.
About registration code
Contact us with your order details to retrieve the registration code if you're encountering one of the following problems:
1.The key code of the product you purchased is lost.
2.You have already purchased the product, but haven’t received the registration code.
3.The registration code you received is not working.
